Orders Outside Contiguous United States
International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above (free shipping offer does not apply). Please call us for prices for these shipments. Often times an item will only be available for delivery within the 48 contiguous states.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 2 business days from when the order was placed. Because many of our products are hand crafted and made-to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates.

Rush delivery is not available since many of our unique products are custom-made. In the event you would like to request a rush order, please let us know immediately by emailing us at orders@blissdiaperbags.com or call us at 1-866-894-4866. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you. If an item is not available for rush delivery, we'll let you know immediately. Bliss Diaper Bags cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.

Freight Shipments
If you are receiving a shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company will call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage to the item's packaging, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver's delivery ticket. Please notify Bliss Diaper Bags of the damage immediately by calling 1-866-894-4866.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience at Bliss Diaper Bags. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 21 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 21 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number.

All personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Designer.

On sale items are final and not returnable.

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund credit to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Custom-made and personalized items are not returnable.

Please call or email us for the Return Address. Sometimes items need to be returned to the manufacturer directly, and not to Bliss Diaper Bags. If you ship it to the wrong address, you will be charged for the re-shipping fee.

  • Shipping charges cannot be refunded. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Tags must be uncut and still attached.
  • If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined in the Shipping Information section.
  • Hand painted, personalized and custom-made items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications. If you wish to cancel a custom order, it must be cancelled before the order is placed with the Designer. If you are unsure if an item is returnable, please call us for more details before placing order.
  • If an exception is made for returning a custom-made item, a restocking fee may apply. Please call us for more details before placing order.
  • We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage since we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option to cancel. We will not charge your credit card until we ship.
